Come to Your Rescue Breath
This breath can be used any time you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally activated. This is a quick breath to do to help you ground and regain your center, that you can practice anywhere. It is taught by Mary Nurriestearns, a wonderful teacher of yoga and mindfulness. You can find out more about Mary and her workshops HERE.
Box Breath
This is another simple breath to reduce anxiety and panic, it is also wonderful to do before bed to calm down your system to prepare for sleep. This breath is taught to Navy Seals to reduce anxiety in intense situations. It if works for Navy Seals, it will definitely work for you! Practice his breath daily, so that it is in your back pocket in times of need.
Guided Full Body Relaxation
Use this guided relaxation when you have at least 10 minutes to relax and practice some nourishing self care. You will experience a full body relaxation to help you feel calm and peaceful. You can also use this relaxation to prepare for sleep, it will allow your mind to rest and your body to calm down.
