EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is the state-of the-art technique for healing distressing memories, trauma, and symptoms of Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder. EMDR has been effective in helping my clients process trauma in a safe and supported manner, release unwanted emotional blocks, and eliminate symptoms that interfere with daily living — particularly anxiety, depression, grief, physical ailments, sleep disturbances, fatigue, phobias, nightmares, and flashbacks.
